The Customer service Officer is to provide professional and superior Customer service as well as providing relief assistance to the other teams when required. The Customer service Officer's purpose is to use their initiative and drive to improve the interaction and Customer service as they represent our client's business.Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve Customer service processes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Customer service roles with a professional presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills abilities and and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A team player with a friendly and courteous approach to interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
