HighlightsMonday to Friday$35 per hour, plus penaltiesKewdale LocationAbout the roleWorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Office in the Rental space for a well known client in Kewdale. This role is Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm, $35 per hour, plus penalties.In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisors with day to day duties in running the Branch.These include:Branch administration including filing, banking and preparation of rental agreements.Process counter and phone enquiries and bookingsEnsure accurate processing of all invoices and rental agreementsEnsure cash handling and debtor guidelines are followedDevelop customer relationshipsWhat you will needExperience in Customer Service and/or rental activitiesGood organisational skillsAbility to think creatively to devise the most efficient processes.Foundational computer skillsExcel skills and experienceHR Licence (Desirable, not essential)Previous Rental experienceAbout WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's leading, privately owned recruitment provider to the mining, construction, engineering, oil and gas and healthcare sectors.
