Customer Service Officer/Call Centre

Based in Montville, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. This position will be full time, 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month (5am to 12noon) with one RDO per month.
The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Company and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between our customers and suppliers. It is a fast paced environment and you will be provided with full training.
You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong Customer Service skills. Your duties will encompass a wide variety tasks.
What you’ll need:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with an ability to build rapport quickly and effectively as well as be able to empathise and manage sensitive customer interactions
- Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbally
- The ability to use a computer and navigate multiple webpages whilst a customer is on the phone
- Excellent typing speed and phone manner
- Provide a valid police check
