We operate nine retail stores across Queensland and Sydney.
The Role:

As part of our commitment to these values, we are seeking a talented individual to fulfill the role of producing and maintaining a selection of brochures, creating regular Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns for email marketing, and crafting content for social media, Point of Sale (POS) merchandise, signage, and other design elements.
Full time or part time available for the right candidate
Duties include:
- Ensuring the timely updating of various company brochures to reflect new product releases, price adjustments, etc., in both digital and print formats
- Undertaking the rebranding of supplier brochures as necessary
- Developing ad-hoc flyers for special offers
- Crafting and preparing Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns using email marketing platforms
- Generating engaging content for social media platforms, including static images and GIFs/videos
- Designing Point of Sale (POS) merchandise and occasional signage
- Creating additional design elements across various mediums such as web, social, print, and digital platforms
- Assisting with miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, with the support of a highly experienced team of Managers, you will not only contribute to our marketing efforts but also embody our values in every task you undertake. Experience and Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated flexibility and organizational skills
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Graphic Design
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Indesign
- Track record in producing print-ready files and retail catalogues
- Capability in creating short motion pieces such as GIFs and videos
- Aptitude for interpreting basic briefs and gathering content from diverse sources
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to fulfill project objectives and meet deadlines
- Skill in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to timelines
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a holistic approach to content creation and assessment
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms is advantageous
- Enthusiasm for social media is preferred
- Prior graphic design experience in a retail environment is essential
