We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse/ Logistics Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Gold Coast office. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of managing warehouse and logistics operations with providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Warehouse and Logistics Management:*
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and timely restocking.
- Coordinate and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
*Customer Service:*
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process orders and manage returns and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system as needed.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar dual role is highly desirable.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in the sleep product industry is a plus.
