Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding KPIs, Targets, and Standards: You’ll be well-versed in key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring that you meet and exceed them consistently.
- Building Strong Customer Relationships: You’ll engage with customers, listen actively, and empathise to understand their needs.
- Problem Solving: When faced with challenges, you’ll think critically and find effective solutions. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly will be essential.
- Exceptional Telephone Manner: You’ll handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information, addressing enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Attention to Detail: From recording customer interactions to processing requests, your exceptional eye for detail will ensure accuracy and quality.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is preferred, but we also welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- Team Player: You’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals.

**Cert 3 in Financial services or experience in banking sector preferred**
