They now have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Order Entry Officer to join their dynamic team.The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will provide essential support to sales operations across multiple renowned brands. This role involves managing day-to-day sales orders and quotations, handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails, and ensuring exceptional Customer Service standards are maintained.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales orders and quotations, handling approximately 20-30 per day
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing assistance with pricing and product inquiries
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling whenever possible
- Respond promptly to web chats and email inquiries to maintain efficient communication with customers
- Effectively manage daily tasks while adhering to company processes and compliance guidelines
- Exhibit the ability to process orders and quotes with exceptional accuracy
- Previous experience taking and processing high volume orders over the phone and email
- Self-motivated and ready to take on a challenge
- Looking for on-going training and advancement
- Maintain a positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- SAP experience will be highly beneficial
