Call Centre Representative
Inbound / Outbound Domestic Account Manager
Our client is currently seeking a Call Centre Representative to handle calls from customers moving in, looking to move on or move out of their premise. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that Customer Service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets (KPI’s) as well as client’s customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of customers, provide quotes, schedule follow up calls.
- Make warm outbound calls to secure business opportunities.
- Follow the Customer Service script provided by the company for uniformity and success.
- Maintain good customer relations, build strong long-lasting relationships.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets (KPI’s).
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customers.
- Accurate data entry skills into business CRM.
- Handle customer objections with confidence and sound solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong customer relations / sales background.
- Strong “closing the sale” skills
- Strong multitasking skills, time management and target achieving skills.
- Intermediate computing skills with average 50-60 words per minute.
- Previous Customer Service experience, ideally within a contact centre role.
- Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to build rapport rapidly.

Work Hours/ Attire:
Ability to work between 7:00am and 7:00pm Monday – Friday.
Current shifts operating Monday – Friday 08:30 – 4:30pm.
Casual Business Attire.
For the applicant to be successfull, he/she must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test as well as a clear Police check.
