Krosstech is currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Assistant to increase the pipeline of opportunities for sales through consistent telesales activity.

We are a small organisation requiring an exceptional outbound and inbound sales consultant to join our vibrant team as part of our continuing growth and expansion. The role is a mix of Sales, Customer Service, and Administration tasks. We share responsibilities across all areas and work as a Team.
About the role
As a driven and highly motivated salesperson, you'll have excellent people skills and will be able to easily build rapport with your clients in order to build and maintain excellent business relationships. Prepare quotes in CRM, send and follow up with client. Answer inbound phone calls. Manage emails and online messages from customers.

You'll be joining a vibrant and successful team in Heatherbrae. You'll be paid a competitive hourly rate and be working flexible business hours Monday to Friday 5-7 hours per day with an option to increase as business grows. Part-time options also available if required.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in outbound sales. You'll have exceptional negotiation and objection handling skills. You'll have a hunger to succeed and will be passionate about sales and hitting your targets. Good time management skills are essential.
Intrinsically self-motivated and trustworthy
Must enjoy Customer Service and be able to confidently follow up with cold, warm and hot clients
Positively follow telemarketing and sales procedures
Have a strong system experience - be confident with online systems i.e. internal CRM's and website live chat
Great phone manners & email skills. Have excellent communication skills, both on a written and verbal level
Be adaptable to the role and the growth of the company
Be proactive and have a "bigger picture" mentality
Be willing to take on tasks outside of their standard job description
Be personable and be able to build strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
