Initial 3 month temp contract w/ potential to extend
Hourly Rate: $40 p/h + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume calls, providing exceptional Customer Service
- Provide information of organisation services, and resolve customer inquiries to best possible extent
- Guide customers on navigating organisation website, assist with bookings, and complaints handling
- 2+ years experience in a call centre Customer Service position
- Local government experience and/or experience with TRIM or TechOne
