About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable administration specialist to provide efficient day-to-day Customer Service support.
This position is a maternity-cover contract, full-time, Monday to Friday based at our Glendenning depot. There is an opportunity for the contract to extend, or the role become permanent in future.
Key Responsibilities
- High volume customer interaction
- Answering telephones, responding to email and portal enquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up,
- Escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required
- Ensure the highest standards of Customer Service are met
- Facilitate flow of information between sales, operations, administration and management
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate an enthusiasm and determination to perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
- Other duties as requested
