Customer Service Officer

Chandler Macleod currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join one of our very well-known clients in the Shepparton, Benalla and Seymour areas

This role is responsible for resolution of Registration & Licensing, customer enquiries raised within Customer Service Centers, conduct of customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration services.

If successful in obtaining this role you will need to

• Perform a variety of tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Resolve problems through interpretation and application of established rules and processes
• Exercise judgment in organising own work to achieve required outcomes.
• Provide advice and information to the public and colleagues, in relation to policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and development of less experienced employees.
• Perform duties under general supervision

You will also have

• A positive attitude
• Competencies in computer software
• A current drivers licence
