Role Overview:
As the Director of Infrastructure, Planning, and Delivery, you will play a critical role in leading major capital projects and programs within the Health Capital Program at the Bundaberg Hospital. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering teams towards excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to Senior Project Directors, Project Directors, and Project Officers, guiding them through complex and high-risk projects while adhering to approved project management methodologies.
Lead the engagement of project consultants and contractors, facilitating the seamless Planning and Delivery of projects.
Oversee the quality of project management activities, including scoping, project plans, budgets, and documentation, in alignment with Queensland Health standards.
Cultivate professional relationships with relevant government agencies and external organisations to meet Infrastructure Planning and Delivery needs.
Drive the delivery of allocated capital Planning and Delivery infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and targets.
Manage critical project paths effectively, integrating all activities for successful outcomes.
Offer strategic advice to senior leadership and represent Queensland Health with external agencies as needed.
