About the role:
We have a fantastic Part Time (2 days per week), ongoing opportunity available to work within our fast paced and exciting Customer Contact Centre!
You will be working onsite at our Elgar Road Campus in Box Hill providing Customer Service to all inbound contact to Box Hill Institute (BHI) via phone, web and in-person enquiries.
You will also have the opportunity to make outbound contact to prospective students who have enquired about BHI courses and convert into applications.
Your role will involve data entry and CRM administration, ensuring all information is timely and accurate. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with a number of business units in BHI and work closely within the Student Recruitment team.
Salary for this role is pro rata PACCT 3 $56,592 per annum (exclusive of superannuation). This role offers a rotating roster between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Parking onsite for $4.00 per day!
About You:
- Experience within a Customer Service based role and strong communication
- Knowledge and experience in a Student Management System/CRM (desirable)
- Ability to listen to client needs and provide clear information
- Proactive and self-starting, seizes opportunities
- Ability to problem solve and propose solutions
- Demonstrates empathy and cultural awareness; support clients through enquiry process
- Works well within a high functioning team and promotes a positive culture
- A valid Employee WWCC and National police check
