We are currently seeking a number of customer oriented applicants to undertake Customer Service duties within our Moyne Shire Caravan Parks on a casual basis.
The successful applicants for these positions will act as the first point of contact for the parks, answering telephone enquiries and processing booking requirements.
To be successful in this role you will needQualifications
Essential
Employee working with children check.
Current Victorian driver licence.
DesirableCompletion of training in Customer Service or bookkeeping.
ExperienceEssential
Previous experience in computerised cash receipting / recording.
DesirableExperience operating a front office / reception.
Key selection criteria 1Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key selection criteria 2High level of demonstrated Customer Service skills.
Key selection criteria 3Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to work as part of a team.
