An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team in Townsville. This role is a full time 12 month maternity leave contract (with opportunity of extension for the right candidate). Rotating Saturday’s will be required, hours are 8am – 12pm with overtime paid.
This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
Procuring product for customer orders
General administration duties
About your experience
Our ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a strong desire to succeed and great Customer Service skills.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience in Customer Service
Be diligent, with a high level of attention to detail
Be a positive team player with the willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
Be proactive and have excellent Customer Service skills
Be computer literate
