About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the Wideland team in our Toyota and Isuzu Ute dealership, in Scone, to serve as a liaison between the dealerships and its customers. Guiding customers in the right direction to ensure that their experience with Wideland Group is as seamlessly as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the required experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams with delivering and exceptional Guest experience
- Getting involved and working as a vital part of the Sales effort to ensure collaborative and productive outcomes for every member of the Team
- Offering a suite of products for our guests involving vehicle protection, motor vehicle insurance and funding options
- Resolve customer queries
- Monitor the results of dealership Customer Service feedback
- Exercise your initiative in managing the position’s workload to ensure business continuity
- Excellent Customer Service over the phone and face to face
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist service customers during the morning service rush, when possible.
About you
- Desire to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- High level of computer literacy with experience in a range of Microsoft Office programs
- Similar experience in an automotive dealership would be great but not necessary
- Being self-motivated while having excellent communication, organisation & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard within a fast paced environment
- Proven capability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Have strong attention to detail
