- Previous experience in a Customer Service or customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of pool equipment, maintenance, or related industry experience is a plus.
