The Role
As the first point of contact you’ll handle calls, gathering, following up and documenting information. You’ll be liaising with and providing feedback to a range of stakeholders, whilst ensuring the highest level of Customer Service.
Full training and laptop provided! Please note this is an onsite role, based in Mulgrave... Parking on site, cafes and walking tracks nearby.
Currently available are x3 temporary positions covering -
Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00 full time temporary
About you
We’re looking for confident, friendly individuals with outstanding communication and administrative skills, who have a passion for providing a great customer experience, and have ideally worked in a similar Customer Service/administration role.
