Customer Service Officer

As the Customer Service Officer your purpose is to provide a high-quality service to customers by performing a range of administrative and Customer Service functions.About the role:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
• Rebooking of missed services
• Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
• Booking scheduled services
• Dispute resolution
• Updating services with new information

About you:

• Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential
• Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
• Previous experience working in a mailroom is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, reliably and flexibly in a changing work environment.
• Knowledge of financial software programs is preferred
• Self Motivated
