Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Conducting quality control Customer Service audits
- Responding promptly and accurately to enquiries (face-to-face, phone, and email)
- Liaising with customers and clients on a daily basis and providing necessary updates on our platforms
- Completing client feedback QA's following the completion of claims
- Liaising with external contractors and clients
- General administrative support duties
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Demonstrated time management capabilities
- Autonomy and teamwork skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Accurate data entry capabilities
