Our client is a Global Logistics company who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team as they expand!
This company specilise in supporting companies of all types and sizes across different sectors from Automotive, to Consumer & Retail, Energy, Healthcare, Industrial & Aerospace and Technology.
The Role:
Handling a high volume of telephone calls and email queries daily
Answer incoming customer enquiries and requests for information.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Handle customer data and information with confidentiality.
Maintain accurate records and databases accurately.
Skills/Experience
The Customer Service representatives are often the first point of contact for the organisation. Therefore, it is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of Customer Service treating customers with honest, fairness, sensitivity, and dignity.
Minimum 1- 2 years' experience in a call centre or Customer Service role
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism
Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
Advanced computer literacy skills
