ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
UQ Sport is seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to work with our Client Services team, running sporting and athletic events at the UQ St Lucia Campus. Multiple roles available approximately 8 hours per week.
In this role you will:
- Be dedicated to providing excellent Customer Service
- Provide information about UQ Sport products and services
- Assist with customer queries and troubleshoot solutions
- Assist with setup/pack up of athletics carnivals and other sporting events
- Coordinate hire of athletics equipment
- Provide supervision of the UQ Athletics precinct
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous experience in Customer Service experience
- Have previous work experience in athletics, sports facilities and events - highly desirable
- Be highly motivated, outgoing and energetic with excellent communication skills.
- Hold current first aid and CPR certification
- Have a valid Blue Card
