AddressAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative / Storeperson to join our small and close-knit team in Karratha.
This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
• Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
• Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
• Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
• Procuring product for customer orders
• General administration duties
• Relief stores work as required
Our ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a strong desire to succeed and great Customer Service skills.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Experience in Customer Service
• Hold a current high risk forklift licence and have forklift operating experience, desirable
• Have a high regard for safety
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Be proactive and have excellent Customer Service skills
• Be computer literate
• Have overhead crane experience, desirable
