Exciting times are ahead as we are growing our Customer Support Team!
As part of the Customer Support team, you will be looking after the onboarding process of our customers. We want to ensure we offer our customers a smooth transition when they join Red Energy.
Our team is both customer facing and back of house processing, you will be navigating your way through inbound/outbound phone calls. These calls can include sales verifications & assisting customers with their onboarding experience.
You will need:
A Customer Service background
To be able to navigate multiple systems and databases whilst talking to customers on the phone
A strong customer focus and great communication skills
The ability to build and maintain great relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A willingness to learn, develop and self motivate to assist with other areas of the business
We're offering full time permanent opportunities to join our award-winning team that works on a rotating roster between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and currently 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off during that week.
You will also benefit from our 2 weeks in office training with our fantastic learning and development team to feel comfortable and confident in your new role!
