Join our team as the primary point of contact for handling inbound and outbound calls from our valued customers regarding payment reminders. In this role, you'll manage approximately 15-25 interactions per day, assisting customers with payments, payment plans, inquiries, government assistance options, and accurate personal information updates. Given our focus on serving vulnerable customers, you'll engage with empathy and be comfortable to seek clarity in unfamiliar conversations to better assist customers. We value individuals with genuine empathy, exceptional attention to detail, high emotional intelligence, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in systems navigation. Previous collections experience is not required. Let's enhance our customer experience together!


Key Details:

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM on a rotating schedule.

  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Begins after training and meeting competency requirements. Initial minimum of 3 months in the office.

  • Melbourne CBD - 5 min walk from Flagstaff Station.

  • Australia based role
     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent Customer Service by handling calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances.

  • Efficiently process back-office tasks

  • Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers.

  • Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Continuously strive for performance improvement through consistent and effective work practices.
