What we are looking for
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador of Gourmet Saba, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. Based in our office in Reservoir, you'll handle inquiries, make outbound calls to existing customers offering products and promotions, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Your passion for food and dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence.
Your Role
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and account management.
- Outbound calls to existing customers offering products and promotions
- Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering creative solutions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Experience working with Metcash and major retailers is highly desirable
