Due to growth within our business and client base, we are looking to add a Customer Service Specialist—Outbound to our Acquisitions liaison role. Please note that this is NOT a sales role. It is a role within a Buyer's Agency business.

Attitude and Character are more important than experience—we can teach you all the ins and outs of Real Estate! We are seeking applicants who are passionate about property and have a can-do attitude!
Key tasks will include:
- Sourcing property for clients through our extensive database and online platforms such as Domain, Realestate and Realcommercial. You will also be required to engage in social media outreach.
- Building strong relationships with Real Estate professionals to assist in accessing off-market properties
- Liaising and organising with our team of professionals to inspect shortlisted properties and complete fully documented videos (via phone) and photos.
- Minor administrative duties include updating client profiles, maintaining property databases, and managing email.

- Ability to make over 80 calls a day and connect well with realtors.

On offer;
- 50,000 base salary (FT 37.5hrs) + 11% super + performance-based incentives ($85K OTE).
- Melbourne Office & or from the comfort of your home!
Hours of work will mainly be Monday to Friday.
