The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent computer skills
- A full understanding of Customer Service delivery
- Strong organisational skills and an excellent work ethic
- Flexibility towards working hours / working on weekends
- Ability to accurately take & enter information
- Clear speaking voice & confident phone manner
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- The ability to prioritise & focus on set tasks
- Above average attention to detail
Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice or an allied industry would be an advantage, yet not essential as training will be provided.
