Address Our client is seeking x8 experienced Data Entry professionals to provide accurate document support to their tight-knit team in Rosehill NSW. The ideal candidates will have excellent Data Entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be suitable for people with strong technical SAP & Excel skills.
Responsibilities Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include;
High volume Data Entry
Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
Retrieving & manipulating documents
Updating docs on internal database
Manage and update spreadsheets
Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
Prior Data Entry experience with SAP (ideal)
Excellent knowledge of data and document control processing tools
Strong attention to detail and use of initiative
High computer knowledge and competency (MS Word and EXCEL)
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
