This is a senior role and you will be responsible for the launch and growth of our clinic.

About the Role
In anticipation of our new state of the art clinic opening with a waiting list of new clients, we are currently looking for a Patient/Front office Coordinator, to be suitable for this role we are seeking something with expertise in Customer Service and relationship management to help us expand our amazing patient clientele, The role is based in the beautiful suburb of Balwyn, and revolves around building amicable and amazing relationships with patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and preparing data and information with great attention to detail.
- Processing information for multiple Dental Boutique sites.
- Undertaking reception duties to support the day to day requirements of the area including answering phones and basic data entry.
- Other administrative tasks as directed by your coordinator.
- Providing outstanding Customer Service: "Wow" our patients and go above and beyond to make sure their visit is memorable.
- Working and liaising with patients in practice on a daily basis to meet and exceed their needs.
- Assisting patients through all the steps of their treatment (including organising appointments and finance options).
- Streamlining the patient journey and being a consistent resource point for your patients with whatever they need.
- Assisting patients sharing knowledge on our services and procedures.
- Keeping track of patients throughout their cosmetic journey.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing patients.
- Being able to wear multiple hats in the practice and adapting to change quickly.
- Generating new ideas and strategies on how to increase productivity and efficiency within the practice regarding your respective role and responsibilities.

Remuneration is based on competence and experience.
