Lofts based in Cremorne is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Transport Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, on an 8hr rotating schedule between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am - 12pm every third Saturday.
Duties & responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer orders for our Transport division, as well as enquiries & complaints
- Fleet management duties including dispatch, allocation, and driver coordination.
- Liaise with supplies to ensure the availability of high-quality materials
- Monitor the performance of drivers and handle any delivery complications.
Skills & experience:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience within a contact centre is advantageous, though not essential
- High level computer literacy & proficiency
- Ability to think methodically and problem-solve under time constraints
- Multitasking & time-management skills
