Residential builder, known for delivering high quality & award winning homes to all Australian families. Due to ongoing success, our client is seeking an experienced building coordinator to join their close nit onsite team.
THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for managing customer files from construction commencement to completion, whilst delivering high level customer service.
Reporting to management your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building process.
- Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation
- Provide general administration assistance to the Construction Managers & Building Surveyors.
- Provide updates and be the main point of contact for the customer
- Assist customers with minor level customisation & plan reviews.
- Data management with ClickHome & maintain QA checklist.
To be successful in the role, you will have had previous residential experience in a similar role and have a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in a customer focussed role with conflict and problem management focus
- Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment;
