Fast-paced environment
This is primarily a Customer Service and legal reception role, which involves engaging with a large number of inbound prospective calls/clients, along with coordinating face-to-face appointments, reception guest arrivals, general administration and team assistance duties.
Casual role - maximum 36 hours per week, ideal roster:
2 x 7:30am starts per week
3 x 10:00am starts per week
Friday half-day
Minimum requirement for this position; you will need to have over two years experience in a fast-paced Customer Service and/or Reception role/environment, with a proven record.
