As a result of our success, we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager to join our small team based in Queensland.

In order to be suitable for this role, please demonstrate the skills and experience listed below: 

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  2. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication / Psychology or similar.
  3. Highly structured and organised
  4. Self-confident and can collaborate/work with clients and a team.
  5. Assume ownership and responsibility of accountabilities with little to no supervision.

The Responsibilities:

  1. Communicating with clients via phone or email about training deliveries, training resources, and logistics to help clients get the best results and are delighted with the service provided.
  2. Collaborating with our learning experience lead and client partner in reviewing programs and procedures to ensure that clients to get the best return of investment. 
  3. Actively involved of customer success journey to identify and implement solutions to improving customer satisfaction.
  4. Managing leads, clients and opportunity dashboard in coordination with the sales team to ensure on time follow ups resulting to customer satisfaction.
  5. Prepare reports for leads, clients and opportunities as part of my involvement in our weekly sales team management meeting.
  6. Collaborates with marketing team in developing and providing feedback on email workflow setup, website changes, outreach strategy, and database management to enhance customer experience.

Salary: Ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
