Stinson Air & Solar is a multiple award-winning company driven by a fantastic and fun team. We require a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to become part of our friendly team.
Experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential as training and support are offered. The ideal candidate will have a mature approach along with a bright bubbly personality, friendly, well presented and be willing to provide high quality reception and administrative support.

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to;
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Attending to walk in clients
- General Administration duties
- Assisting fellow team members when required
- Filing
- Banking
- General tidiness of the office
- General reception duties
- Data entry
To be successful in this position you must:
- Have previous Customer Service Officer / Reception/ Administration experience
- Be computer literate, enthusiastic and have the willingness to learn
- Show initiative and a mature work ethic
- Neat presentation
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Have a good sense of humour
- Xero or similar account skills is preferred
- A strong focus on Customer Service
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks
This position is full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
