Customer Service Representative / Receptionist

Position Objective:

The receptionist is responsible for answering calls and scheduling appointments for clients in a professional manner. The receptionist also provides administrative support as directed by the office manager and as required by the various departments of the organization.

This is truly an opportunity to make this position your own. There is genuinely no limit in terms of additional tasks which may be added to your Position Description once you prove your competency.

The role will include:

• All aspects of over the phone Customer Service support providing outstanding service to support premium brands.
• Use your excellent time management skills to respond to multiple customers using phone and email.
• Handle phone bookings and service requests for technicians to complete home appliances repairs and installations.
• Preparing runs & schedule to each technician for the next day etc
• Maintaining communication between customers and technicians...
• Assisting in online queries
• Basic accounting responsibilities e.g. invoicing
