Our business is growing at rapid rate and we are seeking multiple driven/motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our paramount Contact Centre team based in our Australia Head Office.
The Role:
Reporting into the Contact Centre Supervisors for Australia, our Customer Service Representatives are vital to our success. You will collaborate with our New Zealand Contact Centre to deliver the best possible customer experience!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a great first impression for our customers! Coordinate and respond to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner across our various multimedia channels (email, webchat, and phone).
- Deliver high quality Customer Service by providing general information and professional advice in a friendly way whilst ensuring our customers’ needs are met.
- Promote National Storage's brand and products to increase conversions such as insurance, storage space and vehicle hire.
- Proactively build relationships within all levels of the business with a key focus on our Storage centre teams.
- Achieve individual targets and great call quality.
