Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries via phone, online chat, and email, delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Maintain detailed records of communications with internal and external parties for each enquiry, including email correspondence, call recordings, and online chat transcripts.
- Handle post-settlement construction progress payment enquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with data entry tasks when required.
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the supervisor
Skills and experience
- Exceptional proficiency in communication, adept in both English and Mandarin, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrated organizational prowess, a high level of accountability, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or a rapid learning aptitude.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or real estate, particularly in the mortgage industry, or an educational background in accounting or finance, is highly regarded.
