The RoleCustomer Service Representatives play a key role in supporting the effective day to day running of our branches, being the first point of contact for all enquiries whether via phone, email or in person. Responsible for communication between warehousing, stock controllers and external transport companies, the Customer Service Representatives first priority is to ensure they provide a seamless experience for our customers.We are now seeking to employ a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative within our branch in Parkinson.
