They are looking to engage a Customer Service Representative.Your new role 
To deliver best value, front-end Customer Services working in a high paced contact centre environment answering calls from residents for queries. Our client strives for first call resolution where possible. This role is a temporary contract starting 1st July for 3 months, paying $39 + Super per hour.

What you'll need to succeed 

Customer Service experience 

Contact centre experience

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications

Attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
