Form of workAbout the role We’re seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Brickworks QLD team in Yatala. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting customers by handling service and sales inquiries related to our diverse range of Brickworks building products. Whether assisting internal or external customers, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional Customer Service experience.
Additionally, you’ll ensure order accuracy, promptly answer incoming calls, and diligently follow all safety procedures. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
- Liaising with internal and external team members to ensure accurate communication.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails.
- Ensure accuracy in order entry and fulfillment.
- Represent Brickworks as a front-line representative, contributing to business development and growth.
