About your new role?
Based in Perth, this role offers plenty of variety for a candidate who loves connecting with trade-based customers and working in a close-knit team. This opportunity is a full time, Monday to Friday role with a global leader in the HVACR industry, offering stability, training and support as you grow your career.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Internal sales procedures and counter service
- Providing technical product information (training will be provided)
- Processing, picking, and packing of goods for dispatch to customers
- Inwards and outwards goods receipting
- Assisting in the management of stock integrity
- General warehousing duties as required
- Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- An ability to learn and retain technical information
- Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure a superior customer experience
- A drivers licence and a current forklift license or the willingness to undertake this (company funded)
- Previous experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration or Industrial sectors would be highly regarded
- A willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical
