The Role:Responding to enquiries swiftly.Records management.Data entry and switchboard management.Filing and archiving.Ad hoc administration tasks where required. Your Profile:Demonstrated Customer Service experience.Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centring mindset.Superb interpersonal skills, telephone, and email etiquette.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
