Position Overview:
As a Telephone Customer Service Representative at The Quantified Web, you will play a crucial role in fortifying team support through regular client interaction, seamless communication facilitation, and meticulous note-taking for our technical support team. The essence of this role lies in maintaining exceptional Customer Service standards, embodied by a vibrant and personable team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding telephone Customer Service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and our technical support team.
- Take detailed and accurate notes during client interactions to assist the technical support team in providing efficient solutions.
- Develop a solid understanding of our digital marketing services, with a focus on ecommerce and Google Ads, to effectively address client queries.
- Collaborate with the broader team to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, with a preference for candidates with experience in telephone support.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and/or experience with Google Ads is an advantage.
- Excellent telephone demeanour with strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
