The Company:
A global medical device company who develop software and hardware systems that aid in the planning and execution of complex Neurosurgery, Spine and Trauma cases, is looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to join their team!
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to process orders and service contracts
- Review all orders regularly and initiate necessary follow-up
- Maintain up to date order documentation
- Liaise with Sales and Support Manager on revenue planning
- Manage logistic processes - e.g. co-ordinate shipments, back orders and installations
- General office management and administrative support
- Work closely with internal departments such as Finance/Accounts and Marketing on invoicing and event co-ordination respectively
About You:
- Minimum 12+ months of experience in Customer Service
- Broad knowledge and experience in administrative work
- Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry highly desirable
- Knowledge of SAP / Salesforce advantageous
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
