SalaryOur Terri Scheer brand is one of the market leaders in Landlord Insurance. We are looking for vibrant, passionate and customer focused individuals to join our team in Adelaide. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding Customer Service.
This will be a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday with start windows from 8.00am-9.30am, with consideration for Flexible Part Time roles also available (minimum of 22.5 hours per week).
What you'll do
Your role as a Sales and Service Consultant in the Terri Scheer Team is to connect our customers with new products and services to meet their needs. You will enjoy hitting sales targets while delivering exceptional service, speaking to customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant Customer Service
- Knowledge & understanding of the insurance market or Real Estate/Property Management experience would be beneficial
- Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills
- To be resilient and have an ability to positively manage difficult situations
- Confidence to make and articulate decisions, and deliver on promises
- Professional written and communication skills required
- Ability to lead by example, self-motivate, take responsibility and be accountable
- A high level of attention to detail
- Flexible working (Hybrid of Work from Home and in Office, post probation period)
