About the role
Hertz Trucks requires motivated Customer Service Representatives to work on a casual basis at our Regency Park branch.
The role is responsible for:
- Creating a pleasant customer experience for our valued customers
- Completing rental and return transactions accurately
- Providing information regarding the rental
- Selling Hertz rental options to our valued customers
- Cleaning vehicles
Skills and experience
- You must hold a full and current driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Previous experience in the retail and sales with the ability to assist customers with rental agreements
- Ability to monitor and organise the fleet on a daily basis
- Sound keyboard skills
- A flexible approach to working hours as there will be some weekend work
