If you are passionate, self-driven and thrive is a collaborative and fun team environment then this role is for you.Your role will involve:
- Respond efficiently to customer phone orders, queries and product claims
- Accurate entry of customer orders into SAP
- Create and check customer invoices
- Process returned stock to facilitate customer credits
- Maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Maintain a working knowledge of sales promotions and proactively work with customers on taking up available offers
- Manage consignment stock
- Prior experience with high volume inbound calls
- Skills in SAP/CRM
- Experience in Telesales/Customer Liason Officer roles is desirable
