ZF Services Australia is responsible for both Original Equipment Sales as well as servicing the Aftermarket through Technical Support, Part Sales and Remanufacturing. ZF Oceania covers Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
ZF Services Australia, based in Sydney's West is looking for a Customer Service Officer.
The Position
This Sydney based position is responsible for providing a high standard of Customer Service through availability, pricing and data analysis and to ensure efficient processing and supply of customer orders for ZF products.
Principle Accountabilities
- Handling of customer enquiries via Phone, Email and Chat in a timely manner.
- Responsible for efficient processing of customer sales enquiries, orders and invoicing.
- Actively seek and maintain customer master data in the CRM
- Supporting in assigned duties by any other Customer Solutions Team members in periods of absence or high activity
- Provide a professional experience including answering phones promptly, responding to email and CRM case management enquiries
- ERP customer order entry and ongoing management
- Quotation management, follow up quotes and resolve accordingly
- High level of excel and data analysis skills
- Delivery and transport tracking enquiries

- Time management skills, Multitasking and prioritisation
- The ability to skilfully handle difficult customers and grievances.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point and Outlook

- Familiarisation with Navision (or similar) ERP system preferred but not essential
